General terms and conditions

You can find the product you need by entering the product name in the search field or by searching in the SPECIFICATIONS section.

If you like a product while browsing the different pages of the website, but are not yet ready to buy it, you can add it to your “Favorites” list so that you can easily find it the next time you make a purchase. To do this, click on the heart to the right of the product name. You can view the list of your favorite products by clicking on the heart located at the top of the website.

Purchases without registration

You can skip the “Register” field and make purchases as a guest, but your purchase history will not be saved in the system.

To place an order, you need to select the product, add it to the cart, go to the CART page, check the order details again, click the FORM ORDER button, go to the customer information registration page, fill in the necessary data, select the payment option (or select the CASH PAYMENT option), click the ORDER button, make the payment and your order will be registered on the website.

You can also place an order via all available means of communication on the website and our managers will answer any necessary questions and help you place the order.

PAYMENT

Click “Add” on all the products you have selected, then enter the cart and follow the system instructions in order. You can make the payment by bank cards, IDRAM payment system. You can also make the payment in cash upon delivery, and in case of ordering a non-standard size mattress, you need to pay an advance payment (after registering the order, our managers will contact you). To receive an invoice, you need to indicate the additions in the field. Payment can be made anywhere in the world with VISA, MASTER and ARCA bank cards.

Damaged or defective products

If you discover quality problems with the goods (damaged, defective) at the time of delivery, then do not accept the specified goods, make the appropriate notes on the invoice and the goods will be replaced with a new one. RETURN

Any purchased product, except for products specified by law, can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery (receipt), with the presence of a cash register receipt, if:

  • the product and its packaging are harmless,
  • the product has not been used,
  • consumer properties are preserved,
  • the product’s label and appearance are preserved,
  • The seals have been preserved.

The external, qualitative and quantitative conformity of the purchased goods must be checked at the time of delivery (receipt) in the presence of the courier, for which you will be given an additional 15 minutes.
In case of discovering damaged or insufficient quantities of goods, it is necessary to immediately inform the courier and indicate on the transport invoice the quantity of the goods that you did not receive or that you received in a damaged state.
Damaged goods found after signing the transport invoice cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order cancellation

An order can be canceled  before delivery . If the order is already on its way, it cannot be canceled.

Delivery

The product is delivered via a delivery service to the address you specified when confirming the order.
